I don’t think it’s necessarily culture that we screen for, but what we do screen for is low ego. That’s not just because we want to work with nice people. It’s important for the learning process. If you have little ego, you can admit mistakes and learn. We also really look for collaboration, people who are conscientious, people who are high ownership and high-agency outcome oriented. Those are soft skills, but ones we think are assessable.
